    60 Minute Massage

    Each session starts with a detailed assessment to customize treatment based on your needs. Techniques offered: movement screening, trigger point release, myofascial decompression/cupping, and soft tissue release. Your session is always tailored to your tolerance and goals.

    90 Minute Massage

    Each session begins with a detailed assessment to customize treatment based on your needs. With 90 minutes together, there’s ample time to address multiple areas of concern or go deeper into complex issues. Techniques offered include movement screening, trigger point release, myofascial decompression/cupping, and soft tissue release. Your session is always tailored to your tolerance and goals.

    Prenatal Massage

    Prenatal massage is a specialized form of therapeutic bodywork designed to support the unique physical and emotional changes that occur during pregnancy. I offer a 60 and 90 min option.

    COST: $115 (60 min) | $135 (90 min)

    Lymphatic Massage

    A 60 minute gentle, specialized massage technique designed to support the body’s lymphatic system — a network of vessels and nodes that removes waste, toxins, and excess fluid from tissues. Unlike deep-tissue massage, lymphatic massage uses light pressure and specific stroke patterns to encourage lymph flow toward the major lymph nodes and drainage pathways.

    COST: $120

  • Most clients begin noticing meaningful improvement within 2-4 sessions. Chronic issues or long-standing tension patterns may require a treatment plan followed by maintenance care.

  • On your first visit, I like to talk to the you and determine your physical challenges and their goals together. A postural and movement assessment is then performed to create the best plan of care that addresses the individual needs of the patient.

  • The sessions are always catered to you and your comfort. You are always welcome to undress to the level of your comfort. Some sessions are heavily movement based and will require you to be in clothes easy to move around in.

  • In most cases you can begin massage therapy without a referral. I can guide you on the best steps for your situation.

  • I am a cash based service but can provide a SuperBill upon request.

  • I operate on a cash-based pay system. Payment is due at the end of each visit. Credit cards, HSA/FSA cards are accepted.

  • After the initial assessment, we’ll outline an estimated timeline and adapt as you progress, ensuring each phase remains effective, personalized, and realistic. Duration and type of massage varies based on your condition and goals.
